With over 30 years of experience in leadership and business ownership, Rodney brings deep professional knowledge to the team. His background includes studies in Business Administration, service as a licensed EMT, and work as a licensed Notary Public.

For Rodney, exceptional care begins with respect and compassion: caregivers should treat clients as they would their own family members. One lasting memory is meeting a Ukrainian couple who spoke no English — despite the language barrier, the visit became a joyful reminder of how meaningful human connection can be when approached with kindness.

Outside of work, Rodney enjoys cooking, audiobooks, snow skiing, and meeting new people. His personal and professional life is guided by honesty and integrity.
