Get trained & certified

Complete our PSS (Personal Support Specialist) training program — completely free, with about 40 hours of training time.

Join the team

You're hired as an A&M caregiver, with pay, benefits, and support from our care coordinators.

Who can I care for?
Typically a parent, spouse, adult child, or other family member who qualifies for in-home care in your state — through MaineCare (ME), New Hampshire Medicaid, Choices for Care (VT), or ARHOME (AR). Rules vary by state, so call us and we'll check your situation in a few minutes.
Do I need experience or a license?
No experience needed. We provide free PSS training and certification — about 40 hours — so you can care professionally.
Does the training cost anything?
No. PSS training through A&M is completely free and takes roughly 40 hours to complete.
How much will I be paid?
Pay varies by state: Maine $16–21/hour; New Hampshire from state minimum wage up to $20/hour; Vermont starts at $25/hour; California from state minimum wage up to $25/hour; Arkansas $7.25–14/hour. Call us and we'll tell you the current rate for your situation.
