Paul Beaulieu serves as A&M Homecare's Maine Community Liaison, helping ensure caregivers and clients receive the support, communication, and attention they deserve. A proud member of First Pentecostal Church, Paul believes caring for others is one of the purest expressions of God's love.
Paul's professional journey began in hospitality: he is a graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America and previously held the Certified Executive Chef (CEC) designation. He has also served as a Dementia Care Coordinator — a rare combination of service excellence and compassionate care experience.
In his role, Paul coordinates caregiver and client assessments, follow-up visits, and ongoing support — and is known for celebrating caregiver and client birthdays and stepping in wherever help is needed. The most rewarding part, for him, is building relationships: many people simply need someone who will genuinely listen and care.
Outside of work, Paul enjoys family time, caring for his mother, fishing, hiking, gardening, and the pursuit of culinary excellence. His guiding principle: treat others the way you would want to be treated.
