Glory Racine joined A&M Homecare in July 2025 and has quickly become a valued member of the team. While attending college, she balances her education with the behind-the-scenes work that helps ensure clients receive the care and support they need.
A typical day includes handling background checks, assisting with referrals, supporting onboarding, and helping address client concerns. Though much of her work happens behind the scenes, she knows these responsibilities are what make quality care and smooth operations possible.
Glory joined A&M after encouragement from her pastor, and has come to appreciate the organization's personal approach — team members who genuinely care about clients' needs and work diligently to provide dependable, compassionate support.
Outside of work, Glory serves in her church, spends time with family, and loves exploring new places. She believes strongly in kindness, accountability, and hard work — and that every individual deserves to feel valued and supported.
