Donnie Townley

Donnie Townley serves as Referrals Manager at A&M Homecare, working closely with clients, caregivers, care coordinators, and community partners to ensure individuals receive the support they need. His commitment to compassionate service, strong communication, and problem-solving helps create positive outcomes for the families A&M serves.

Before joining A&M, Donnie worked in Information Technology and served as the principal of a Christian school — experiences that built his leadership, attention to detail, and passion for serving others. He was drawn to A&M by its faith-centered mission and commitment to putting people first.

As Referrals Manager, Donnie oversees new referrals, addresses client and caregiver concerns, responds to care coordinator inquiries, schedules intakes, and investigates fraud complaints. One defining moment: a client facing a medical emergency after hours, without a caregiver present, received the care they needed thanks to quick teamwork from A&M staff — proof that a dedicated team can make a life-changing difference.

Donnie believes exceptional care begins with listening and empathy. Outside of work he enjoys family time, church activities, supporting Bible Quizzing programs, and playing pickleball. His philosophy: put God first and treat others with the same care and respect you would want for yourself.
