David Schnepp

David Schnepp brings together technical expertise, operational leadership, and a genuine passion for serving others. He has played an important role in establishing A&M Homecare's California operations while leading the technology and systems that keep the whole company running smoothly.

David has spent more than 15 years in Information Technology — leading teams, managing infrastructure, implementing cybersecurity solutions, and overseeing large-scale projects. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and an Associate of Applied Science in Computer-Aided Drafting, with additional studies in Information Security and Cisco Networking.

His desire to serve began early: growing up, David helped care for his grandmother, who lived with the effects of a stroke. Those experiences instilled a deep sense of compassion and shaped his understanding of care, dignity, and support. He came to A&M through his church community, where he met Adam and found a company whose values aligned with his own.

Outside of work, David is active in his church and supports addiction recovery outreach programs. He enjoys reading, website and graphic design, Bible study, and continuous learning — and is guided by faith, integrity, honesty, and excellence in everything he does.
