Cameron Jowders

Cameron Jowders has been a valued member of A&M Homecare for over four years, bringing a passion for compassionate care, caregiver development, and client advocacy to everything he does. With eight years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and a strong focus on dementia care, Cameron has dedicated his career to helping individuals and families navigate some of life's most challenging transitions.

His journey into healthcare began while working as a housekeeper in a nursing home. Through daily interactions with residents, families, nurses, CNAs, and social workers, Cameron discovered a calling to serve others on a deeper level — and quickly found a passion for supporting individuals living with dementia and the families who care for them.

At A&M Homecare, Cameron plays a key role in supporting caregivers, onboarding new clients, and recruiting caregivers throughout Maine. He believes some of the most exceptional caregivers are often those who begin their journey with uncertainty, and he takes pride in mentoring them toward success — while matching families with caregivers who best fit their personalities, lifestyles, and care needs.

Outside of work, Cameron is devoted to his faith and family. He and his wife are raising three children and enjoy exploring the Maine outdoors — hiking, kayaking, swimming, and relaxing at camp. He is an active member of First Pentecostal Church of Brewer, which he considers one of the most important parts of his life. His mission is simple: work hard, serve others with intention, and make a positive impact on every life he touches.
