Ashton Coffman

Ashton Coffman serves as Director of Compliance at A&M Homecare, ensuring the organization maintains the highest standards of quality and accountability — keeping caregivers current on required training and certifications and making sure critical follow-ups happen accurately and on time.

Before A&M, Ashton built a diverse career including technical support and customer service roles with Tesla, Toptal, and Salesforce, and Director of Operations for Abbott Laboratories. His interest in healthcare was inspired by his father, who has served in the field for more than 30 years.

What drew Ashton to A&M was its mission and culture — a company that genuinely cares about people with a Kingdom-minded approach to serving others. He believes quality care is built on empathy, compassion, and genuine human connection.

Outside of work, Ashton enjoys chess, cooking, reading, and traveling. His personal philosophy: “Make everything you touch better in some way for the fact that you've passed through it.”
