During his time with A&M Homecare, he has played an important role in helping establish the foundation for the organization’s growth in California while supporting the technology and systems that help keep operations running smoothly.

David has spent more than 15 years building a successful career in Information Technology, leading teams, managing complex infrastructure, implementing cybersecurity solutions, and overseeing large-scale technology projects. His experience spans network and systems administration, cloud technologies, Microsoft 365 environments, disaster recovery, virtualization, project management, and business operations. Throughout his career, he has focused on creating reliable, secure, and scalable solutions that help organizations achieve their goals while improving efficiency and service.

Before entering the IT field, David began his professional journey in drafting and technical design. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and an Associate of Applied Science in Computer-Aided Drafting, while also completing studies in Information Security, Cyber Defense, and Cisco Networking. His diverse background has given him a unique perspective that combines technical knowledge, creative problem-solving, and strategic leadership.

While technology has been a major part of David’s professional life, his desire to serve others began much earlier. Growing up, he helped care for his grandmother, who lived with the effects of a stroke and relied on a wheelchair. Assisting with daily tasks, spending time with her, and witnessing the challenges she faced instilled in him a deep sense of compassion and empathy. Those experiences helped shape his understanding of the importance of care, dignity, and support for individuals who need assistance.

David’s connection to A&M Homecare began through relationships within his church community, where he was introduced to Adam Ketchum and the mission of A&M Homecare. What started as a simple introduction quickly developed into a friendship, mentorship, and an opportunity to contribute to a company whose values closely aligned with his own. The chance to combine his professional experience with his passion for helping others made joining the A&M Homecare family a natural fit.
