Hello, I’m Adam, founder of A&M Homecare, and I’m proud to share the journey behind our company.

A&M Homecare was founded at the beginning of 2020 with a simple but powerful vision: to provide compassionate, reliable, and personalized care that truly changes lives. What started as a small mission in Maine quickly grew into something much bigger — a commitment to raising the standard of homecare for individuals and families who deserve to feel supported, respected, and cared for like family.
In the early days, we focused on serving our local communities with heart, integrity, and dedication. We understood that quality care is about more than assistance with daily tasks — it’s about building meaningful relationships, creating trust, and bringing peace of mind to families during some of life’s most important moments.

As our reputation for compassionate care spread, so did our growth. Today, A&M Homecare has become one of the largest homecare providers in Maine, a milestone that reflects the trust our clients place in us and the incredible dedication of our caregivers and team members. We are honored by how far we’ve come in such a short time, but we believe this is only the beginning.

A major part of our growth and success has come from the partnership I share with Mallory — my partner in life and business. With her background in customer service and her passion for helping others, Mallory has played a vital role in shaping the culture and experience that define A&M Homecare today. Together, we have worked tirelessly to create a company where compassion comes first and every client is treated with dignity, respect, and kindness.
