Meet Kennedy Stanley

Kennedy Stanley serves as a Front Desk Receptionist at A&M Homecare, where she has been a valued member of the team for approximately one year. At just 18 years old, Kennedy brings enthusiasm, professionalism, and a servant’s heart to her role, helping ensure that clients, caregivers, and families receive friendly and dependable support every day.

A graduate of Brewer Christian Academy, Kennedy joined A&M Homecare after receiving a recommendation from her pastor. She was drawn to the organization’s mission and has embraced the opportunity to serve others through her work.

In her day-to-day responsibilities, Kennedy answers incoming phone calls, assists with schedule adjustments, and follows up on missed punches to help keep operations running smoothly. Her role places her at the center of communication between caregivers, clients, and the office team, making her an important part of the support system that helps A&M Homecare deliver quality service.

What Kennedy enjoys most about her position is the opportunity to help people and build relationships through conversation and service. She believes compassion is one of the most important qualities in providing exceptional care and support, and she strives to demonstrate that value in every interaction.

Her personal faith plays a significant role in both her life and work. Kennedy is guided by biblical principles and finds motivation in the scripture, “Whatsoever thy hand findeth to do, do it with thy might” (Ecclesiastes 9:10). She believes that A&M Homecare stands apart because of its Christ-centered values and strong leadership, which create an environment focused on serving others with purpose and integrity.

Outside of work, Kennedy enjoys being actively involved in her church, spending time with friends, and playing the piano. These activities reflect her commitment to faith, fellowship, and personal growth.

When asked what compassionate care means to her, Kennedy’s answer is simple yet powerful: “Showing love.” Looking ahead, she is excited about the future of A&M Homecare and the positive impact the organization can continue to make within the community and local churches. She is grateful to be part of a team dedicated to helping others and looks forward to contributing to that mission for years to come.
