Meet Jesse Pomeroy
Jesse Pomeroy serves as the Executive Assistant (EA) at A&M Home Care Corp., where he has been a dedicated member of the team since June 2020. Known for his versatility, strong work ethic, and servant-hearted leadership, Jesse plays a vital role in supporting the daily operations that help A&M Homecare deliver exceptional care to clients and families throughout the communities it serves.
With a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications and a diverse professional background, Jesse brings a unique combination of communication, administrative, and healthcare experience to his role. Throughout his career, he has earned certifications including DSP, CRMA, PSS, Serve Safe, and Notary Public credentials. Prior to joining A&M Homecare, Jesse worked at Wayfair, where he was recognized with the prestigious Amethyst Award for outstanding customer service.
Jesse was introduced to A&M Homecare through a referral from his pastor and was drawn to the opportunity because of his previous experience in healthcare and desire to continue making a meaningful difference in people’s lives. Since joining the organization, he has embraced a wide range of responsibilities, from onboarding new team members and conducting follow-ups to assisting clients and supporting the countless behind-the-scenes tasks that keep the company running smoothly. He enjoys that no two days are ever the same and appreciates the opportunity to contribute in many different ways.
One of the things Jesse values most about his work is knowing that even when his efforts happen behind the scenes, they ultimately impact the quality of care clients receive. He believes exceptional care begins with compassion and genuine concern for others. In his view, success in caregiving is not about being the smartest or most talented person in the room—it’s about showing up, working hard, caring deeply, and continuously striving to improve.
Among the many experiences that have shaped his career, Jesse recalls developing a special bond with a client during the final months of that individual’s life. While he was able to bring comfort, companionship, and joy during a difficult season, the relationship also left a lasting impact on him personally. It reinforced his belief that caregiving is about more than services—it’s about human connection.
Jesse is motivated each day by the understanding that his efforts contribute to the success of the organization and the well-being of the people it serves. He takes pride in being dependable and recognizes that when every team member gives their best, clients, families, and caregivers all benefit.
He believes A&M Homecare stands apart because of its continued growth and commitment to expanding quality care into new communities. As the organization grows into additional states, Jesse is excited about the opportunities ahead and hopes to one day oversee a region or state, helping build strong teams, invest in employees, and extend the culture of excellence that defines A&M Homecare.
