Glory Racine joined A&M Homecare in July 2025 and has quickly become a valued member of the team. While currently attending college, Glory balances her educational pursuits with her commitment to helping support the important work A&M Homecare provides to clients, families, and caregivers. Her role focuses on behind-the-scenes operations that help ensure clients receive the care and support they need. 

Glory was drawn to homecare because of her desire to help others and make a positive difference in people’s lives. She appreciates the opportunity to contribute to meaningful work that impacts individuals and families throughout the community. Her passion for service and dedication to supporting others align closely with A&M Homecare’s mission of compassionate care.

Supporting Care Behind the Scenes

A typical day for Glory includes handling background check processes, assisting with referrals, supporting onboarding activities, and helping address client concerns. Although much of her work happens behind the scenes, she understands the important role these responsibilities play in ensuring quality care and smooth operations for both clients and caregivers.

One of the aspects she enjoys most about her position is knowing that her work contributes to improving people’s quality of life. She finds fulfillment in being part of a team that helps connect clients with quality care and supports caregivers in their important work.

Glory became part of the A&M Homecare family after being encouraged to join by her pastor. Since then, she has come to appreciate the organization’s personal approach to care. Life Outside of Work

Outside of A&M Homecare, Glory enjoys serving and participating in activities at her church. She also values spending quality time with family and loves exploring new places and experiences. These interests help her maintain a balanced life while staying connected to the people and communities that matter most to her.
