Meet Donnie Townley
Donnie Townley serves as Referrals Manager at A&M Homecare, where he has been a valued member of the team for the past two years. In his role, Donnie works closely with clients, caregivers, care coordinators, and community partners to ensure individuals receive the support and services they need. His commitment to compassionate service, strong communication, and problem-solving helps create positive outcomes for the families A&M Homecare serves.
Before joining A&M Homecare, Donnie built a diverse professional background that included working in Information Technology and serving as the principal of a Christian school. These experiences helped develop his leadership skills, attention to detail, and passion for serving others—qualities he brings to his work every day.
Donnie was initially drawn to A&M Homecare by the organization’s faith-centered mission and commitment to putting people first. Over time, he developed a deep appreciation for the homecare field and found great fulfillment in helping clients receive the care they need while supporting caregivers and families through challenging situations.
As Referrals Manager, Donnie oversees new referrals, addresses client and caregiver concerns, responds to care coordinator inquiries, schedules intakes, and investigates fraud complaints. His day-to-day responsibilities require empathy, organization, and a genuine desire to help others find solutions that best meet their needs.
One experience that deeply impacted Donnie involved a client facing a serious medical emergency after hours while without a Personal Support Specialist. Through teamwork and quick action from the A&M Homecare staff, the client received the attention and care needed to get to the hospital. For Donnie, this moment demonstrated how a caring and dedicated team can truly make a life-changing difference.
Donnie believes exceptional care begins with listening and empathy. He strives to ensure every client feels heard, respected, and valued. His motivation comes from his faith, his family, and his belief that every client deserves the very best service and support possible.
Outside of work, Donnie enjoys spending time with his family, participating in church activities, supporting Bible Quizzing programs within his local church and region, and playing pickleball. His personal philosophy is simple: put God first and treat others with the same care and respect you would want for yourself.
As A&M Homecare continues to grow and expand into new communities, Donnie is excited to help support that growth and continue making a meaningful impact on the lives of clients, caregivers, and families throughout the region.
