Dedicated to Serving Others with Compassion and Purpose
Anthony Cole serves as a valued member of the A&M Homecare team, bringing enthusiasm, compassion, and a genuine desire to help others every day. At 21 years old and with two years of service at A&M Homecare, Anthony is committed to supporting clients, families, caregivers, and fellow team members through meaningful service and positive relationships.
Anthony’s faith plays a significant role in his life. As a Holy Ghost-filled Christian, he strives to live according to biblical principles and believes in serving others with kindness, understanding, and compassion. His commitment to helping people extends beyond his professional responsibilities and influences the way he approaches every interaction.
Professional Background
Anthony earned his High School Diploma and GED before pursuing studies in Project Management at the college level. His educational experiences helped develop his organizational skills, leadership abilities, and commitment to personal growth. Since joining A&M Homecare, he has continued to build valuable experience while contributing to the company’s mission of providing quality care and support to those in need.
A Calling to Serve
Anthony’s journey into homecare began through the guidance and encouragement of his pastor. Inspired by the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others, he joined A&M Homecare with a desire to be a source of help and support for individuals and families facing challenges.
What attracted Anthony to A&M Homecare was the ability to be part of something greater than himself—an organization focused on caring for people and improving lives through compassionate service.
Role at A&M Homecare
As part of the A&M Homecare team, Anthony assists with onboarding new hires, conducting follow-ups, and helping ensure smooth communication throughout the organization. His role allows him to connect with both caregivers and team members while supporting the continued growth of the company.
One of the things Anthony enjoys most about his work is being able to provide solutions and become a remedy to someone’s problem. Whether helping a team member navigate a challenge or assisting with operational needs, he finds fulfillment in making a positive impact on others.
Personal Philosophy
Anthony believes exceptional care begins with being:
- Outgoing
- Compassionate
- Understanding
- Open to learning
- Receptive to new ideas
These qualities guide the way he interacts with clients, families, caregivers, and coworkers. He is motivated each day by the opportunity to pursue higher goals and continually improve both personally and professionally.
For Anthony, compassionate care simply means caring deeply about others and being willing to help when people need support the most. His faith, particularly the teachings found in Acts 2:38, serves as a foundation for his life and work.
Life Outside of Work
When he’s not working, Anthony enjoys spending time with family, participating in church activities, traveling, and pursuing his hobby of RC cars. He values strong relationships and enjoys being actively involved with his church congregation and community.
Looking Toward the Future
Anthony is excited about the future growth of A&M Homecare and the opportunities the organization has to expand its impact, including reaching new communities and potentially serving clients in additional states. He looks forward to contributing to that growth while continuing to make a difference in the lives of those he serves.
