Ashton Coffman serves as the Director of Compliance at A&M Homecare and has been part of the organization for approximately six months. He approaches both his professional and personal life with a commitment to continuous growth, believing in becoming a well-rounded individual by learning as much as possible from every opportunity.
Before joining A&M Homecare, Ashton built a diverse career across multiple industries. His professional experience includes roles in technical support and customer service, including positions with Tesla, Toptal, and Salesforce. He also worked in healthcare-related support and operations, serving as a Help Desk professional, Level 2 Help Desk specialist, and Director of Operations for Abbott Laboratories. This broad background has equipped him with strong leadership, problem-solving, and operational management skills that he now brings to the homecare industry.
Inspired by Family and Service
Ashton’s interest in healthcare was inspired by his father, who has worked in the healthcare field for more than 30 years. Watching his father’s dedication and service left a lasting impression on him and helped shape his desire to contribute to an industry centered on helping others.

One experience that deeply impacted Ashton involved spending time talking with a couple who had lost their son in an accident around the same age Ashton was at the time.
