Meet Anthony Corbin
At A&M Homecare, Anthony Corbin serves as Director of Nursing, bringing together clinical expertise, leadership, and a passion for helping others succeed. Since joining A&M Homecare in 2023, Anthony has become an integral part of the organization, supporting not only the clinical needs of clients and caregivers but also contributing to operations, compliance, training, technology, billing, and process improvement.
Anthony holds both a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and is a Registered Nurse in the state of Maine. His diverse professional background has allowed him to develop a unique skill set that blends healthcare knowledge with problem-solving, leadership, and organizational development. Throughout his career, he has worked across nursing leadership, staff education, compliance, payroll preparation, policy development, and business operations.
What drew Anthony to homecare was the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on people’s lives. He believes that helping individuals remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes is one of the most valuable services healthcare can provide. Whether the support is large or small, he understands the difference quality care can make for both clients and their families.
In his role at A&M Homecare, no two days are the same. Anthony may be answering clinical questions, supporting caregivers, reviewing policies, troubleshooting technology issues, assisting with billing, or helping improve internal processes. While the responsibilities are varied, his focus remains consistent: supporting the people around him and helping them succeed. He believes that when staff members feel supported, equipped, and confident in their roles, clients receive better care and families experience greater peace of mind.
Anthony is passionate about leadership that serves others. He believes leadership is not about titles or authority, but about helping people grow, develop confidence, and reach their potential. His approach is rooted in listening, encouraging, teaching, and being available when support is needed. These values guide both his professional and personal life.
His faith, family, and desire to be useful motivate him each day. Outside of work, Anthony enjoys spending time with his wife and children, participating in his church community, and staying involved in Maine’s homecare industry. He also enjoys music, golf, technology, business development, and projects that challenge him to learn something new.
Anthony believes compassionate care begins with treating every individual with dignity, patience, kindness, and respect. He understands that every client has a unique story, and he strives to ensure that clients, families, and caregivers feel heard, valued, and supported.
As A&M Homecare continues to grow, Anthony is excited about building stronger systems, supporting team development, and helping create an environment where caregivers can thrive while maintaining the personal approach that makes homecare meaningful. His goal is simple: to be dependable, approachable, and always willing to help others succeed.
