Meet Paul Bealieu

Paul Anthony Beaulieu serves as A&M Homecare’s Field Operations Coordinator, where he helps ensure that caregivers and clients receive the support, communication, and attention they deserve. Having been part of the A&M Homecare family for over a year, Paul brings a servant-hearted approach to his work, guided by compassion, faith, and a genuine desire to help others.

A proud and active member of First Pentecostal Church, Paul believes that caring for others is one of the purest expressions of God’s love. His commitment to serving people extends beyond his professional responsibilities and is reflected in every interaction he has with caregivers, clients, and their families.

Professional Background

Paul’s professional journey began in the culinary and hospitality industry. He is a graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America and has previously held the designation of Certified Executive Chef (CEC). Throughout his culinary career, he developed leadership, organization, and customer service skills that continue to serve him well today.

In addition to his culinary experience, Paul has worked in healthcare, including serving as a Dementia Care Coordinator at a local care facility. This unique combination of hospitality and healthcare experience has given him a deep understanding of both service excellence and compassionate care.

Serving the A&M Homecare Mission

As Field Operations Coordinator, Paul coordinates caregiver and client assessments, follow-up visits, and ongoing support services. He also assists the leadership team by providing operational support and helping ensure that both caregivers and clients receive timely attention and care.

A typical day for Paul includes reviewing previous activities, coordinating assessments, celebrating caregiver and client birthdays, and providing support wherever needed. He is known for being a team player who is always willing to step in and help.

What Paul Enjoys Most

For Paul, the most rewarding part of his role is building relationships with people. Whether speaking with caregivers, clients, or family members, he values the opportunity to listen, encourage, and make a positive impact in someone’s day.

He believes that many people simply need someone who will genuinely listen and care, and he considers it a blessing whenever he can make a difference in another person’s life.

Paul’s Philosophy on Care

Paul believes exceptional care begins with compassion, active listening, and a sincere desire to help others. He defines compassionate care as recognizing a person’s vulnerability, understanding their needs, and responding with meaningful actions that preserve dignity, respect, and hope.

His guiding principle is simple: treat others the way you would want to be treated. This philosophy influences both his personal life and his professional relationships.

Life Outside of Work

Outside of A&M Homecare, Paul enjoys spending time with family, caring for his mother, and pursuing his favorite outdoor activities. He finds peace and fulfillment through fishing, hiking, gardening, and exploring culinary excellence.

His faith remains at the center of everything he does, providing purpose, direction, and motivation each day.

Looking Toward the Future

Paul is excited about the future growth of A&M Homecare and believes the organization is positioned to make an even greater impact in the communities it serves. He looks forward to contributing to that growth and hopes to help expand A&M Homecare’s mission into additional states in the future.

Above all, Paul wants others to know that he is committed to being a team player. He believes that great organizations are built by people with different talents working together toward a common purpose, and he is honored to be part of a team dedicated to serving others with excellence, compassion, and faith.
