Meet Rodney Ryder
Rodney Ryder serves as a Follow-Up Team Member at A&M Homecare, where he helps ensure that clients receive the quality care and support they deserve. As part of the follow-up team, Rodney focuses on compliance, mandated visits, and maintaining strong communication between clients, caregivers, and staff to help ensure every client receives attentive and professional service.
With over 30 years of experience in leadership and business ownership, Rodney brings a wealth of professional knowledge, organizational skills, and real-world experience to the A&M Homecare team. His background includes studies in Business Administration, previous service as a licensed EMT, and experience as a licensed Notary Public. These diverse experiences have helped shape his commitment to professionalism, integrity, and exceptional customer service.
Rodney joined A&M Homecare when the opportunity presented itself and quickly recognized the organization’s commitment to providing quality care and professional service. He appreciates being part of what he describes as a first-class team and enjoys the opportunity to meet and visit with clients and staff throughout his work.
For Rodney, exceptional care begins with respect and compassion. He believes caregivers should treat clients as they would their own family members, ensuring every interaction is rooted in dignity, understanding, and genuine concern for the individual’s well-being.
One experience that left a lasting impression on Rodney was meeting a Ukrainian couple who spoke no English. Despite the language barrier, the interaction became a joyful and memorable reminder of how meaningful human connection can be when approached with kindness and compassion.
Outside of work, Rodney enjoys cooking, listening to audiobooks, snow skiing, and meeting new people. His personal and professional life is guided by honesty and integrity, values that influence every aspect of his work and relationships.
